The Journal of Chinese Characters is a peer-reviewed academic journal begun publication in 2009. It is mainly in Chinese and English, published three times a year, April 30th, August 30th, and December 30th by the Center for the Study of Chinese Characters in Korea. It is focusing on in-depth research of Chinese characters covering morphology such as the structure and formation, the function of the scripts, the interrelation with the language.
